Łukasz is a chef with over 20 years of experience. In his work, he combines a deep love for traditional Silesian cuisine with a modern approach to flavors and presentation. BREAKFASTS
To start the day perfectly. Carefully selected ingredients, hot and cold buffet, top-quality meats and cheeses and fresh vegetables and fruits.
On request, we’ll make omelettes and toast the way you like the most. We bake fresh bread, cakes and cookies on site. Celebrate breakfast with us!
We serve a buffet breakfast in the following hours:
from Monday to Friday: from 6:30 to 10:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 7:00 to 11:00
RESTAURANT POZIOM+
The restaurant is located in a 19th century building of the Diament Plaza Hotel Gliwice, in the very center of the city. The restaurant is decorated in an eclectic style, with its historic walls covered with brick and modern stone.
In addition, you can’t pass by our special menu, in which the Chef has combined simplicity and elegance. In addition to the POZIOM+ Restaurant, the hotel has a Cafe, which offers delicious cocktails and meals from the Poziom+ menu.
